Pomace Olive Oil is produced by solvent extraction.
Like palm or soya oil too.
After the oil is extracted, the solvent is removed and the oil is refined.
It´s a refined oil of the highest standard
It´s the cheapest olive oil available
Even if it is a lower grade olive oil, it is still olive oil.
It is still better than many of the alternatives containing
high percentages of saturated fatty acids.
Pomace olive oil doesn´t impart much taste on the food.
It´s non GMO and Gluten Free
It has a very high smoking point of 238°C
Longer Fry-life than many other oils
Pomace Oil has the same beneficial fat composition as Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
80% mono-unsaturated fat and only 10% of saturated fat
